SCHEDULING UPDATE
WE ARE NOT SCHEDULING ANY NEW CONSULTATIONS AT THIS TIME
CONSULTATION FEES: $200.00 via ZOOM or $225.00 in-person
If you’d like to schedule a consultation with our office, we require that you first email the appropriate documentation (listed below) so that we can review your case. Please note in the email if you prefer a Zoom appointment or an in-person appointment. Once we have reviewed your case, we will respond via email with available appointment times and send a PayPal invoice for the consultation fee.
It is your responsibility to provide an interpreter for our scheduled meeting time if you require one.
For affirmative or defensive asylum cases, please email the following:
- A copy of filed Form I-589 or a draft to the best of your ability
- A declaration/affidavit in English explaining the situation that caused you to flee your home country
- Notice to Appear, if any
- Hearing notices, if any
- Evidence to support your case, if any
For family petitions, including Following-to-Join Asylee petitions, please email the following:
- Evidence of Petitioner’s status: I-94, green card, naturalization certificate, U.S. birth certificate or passport
- Evidence of the relationship between the Petitioner and the Beneficiary
For naturalization, please email the following:
- Photo of green card, front and back
- U.S. Federal Tax Transcripts for the last 3-5 years
